5 years old

B. had a birthday and per his request he wanted to go to Disneyland. We had asked him multiple times if he wanted a party and his response was, "NO, sometimes my friends bother me so I just want to go to Disneyland with my family."
We decided to surprise him with a hotel and stay the night. He was thrilled. We started the night at his choice for dinner at CPK.
We tried many times to win a prize from the claw and told the kids they would most likely not win because lets face it, you never win at the claw. Sure enough…On our last try Daddy won the cow for B. Of course in B. fashion he went upstairs and was sad and gently told us he was sad because we used all our money on the claw and now don't have enough money to get a birthday toy from Disneyland.

Later that night he got a high fever out of the no where. We were hoping he would be better by morning. We gave him Tylenol and hoped he was well enough to go have a some what good time. Once we got there we waited in line for Luigi's flying tires and as they opened the gate for us to get on the ride…he pucked. We all felt so bad since he was nice enough to share his day with everyone else and be concerned for our family. I ended up driving him home while Daddy and J. stayed and played all day. He slept all afternoon at home and we drove back down in the evening to pick Daddy & J. up and went on a few rides. We promised he could come back in a couple days but it would be with the whole family since Daddy had taken the day off.

Later that week:

He was extra spoiled with what he wanted since he only had mommy to go on rides with him.

That Sunday we had his requested homemade "CARS" birthday cake.
